The UK head office of Spirax Sarco is in Cheltenham. AFAIK the Cheltenham head office was co-founded in 1937 by my great uncle, the late Lionel George Northcroft, in a fine old former rectory called Charlton House. My father, Allan Dey Ruxton. worked there for 23 years. During that time among other work he helped to start the Japan office, now a separate company.
